for basics......you shud know sum abt languages for ex. c, c++, perl etc etc........ and again you should have sum knowledge abt php javascripts oracle ........and out off all you shuld knew how to perfectly operate os....for starting hacking u shud try linux based os ..... at present bt5 is the best one....and many other hacking programmes can be found in the black marcket....

Yeah Linux is pretty easy and simple. Just make sure you make a back up of your old OS so that way just in case something gets corrupted or you want to revert back to it.

Also, try to learn about rerouting your internet. I would say start off with TOR and on an android phone try orbot.
